Their customer services is TERRIBLE!!! The chicken BBQ is so good. Skip the teriyaki and the macaroni salad. Chicken salad (with dark meat only) is good. Ask for extra ginger dressing. Its the best! The fried shrimp is also very good. But don't order the roasted duck or ribs - it was gross.

placed my order and came relatively soon (within 25mins) ordered chicken katsu with 2 scoops fried rice... the rice was completely dried out and inedible and the chicken was far from "par" down thumbs down!

I had never ordered from here before but noticed it nearby and decided to order the BBQ Spare Ribs & Roast Pork. There is one word that best describes the food. Disgusting. The roast pork was really pork bone that was cleaved into chunks that had a little meat and a lot of fat on them. It looks like waste that you would throw to the pigs. This was mixed in with chunks of spare ribs - which were fine but in total maybe the equivalent of 1 or 2 short ribs at most. All of this was laying on a soggy bed of coleslaw-ish material. Just completely nauseating. I couldn't eat any of it. Needless to say I'm not ordering from here again. Beware. This is not a place to go exploring over Seamless.

Food is still great, but delivery really sucked today...they were an hour late and every time I called, they insisted the food was on the way, which, given the time it took to ultimately get here was likely a major exaggeration (or untruth)! If you order, make sure you do it before noon when they get overwhelmed by the lunchtime rush!

Ordered the curry pork cutlet with fried rice & macaroni. this was one of the worst meal I've had in a while. the fried rice was stale. the pork cutlet was deep fried - 1/4 of it was pork, the rest was breading. if they have better dishes - i have no interest in ever finding out.

Delivery showed up 1.5 hours late. Ordered Prime Rib cooked medium - I guess that means cook until consistent with Shoe Leather.

As other reviewer mentioned, the delivery guy is very rude and offensive. We ordered from here regularly, the food is never consistent but it's usually acceptable. and Yes, the delivery guy is alwawys rude. The last time we ordered, the rude delivery guy was extremely mean & offernsive. it was just horrible.

The delivery time was estimated as 25-40 minutes, the food took 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive, even after I called. The restaurant answered with "he's on his way", even though I hadn't even told them my name or address. Hmmm... The food arrived cold, and nasty. The plastic bag was dripping sauce all over my floor, and the paper bag inside, as well as all the food was basically a stew of sauces and open Styrofoam containers. Nasty. 80% of the order went to the trash, I ended up eating the only piece that was sealed in a Ziploc-type hard shell. And had to wash the sticky sauce off the floor. Never again, save your money and order form elsewhere.

Hour and a half to wait for my food even after calling them twice. Food was delivered cold and when I called to complain the only thing they told me was that they were busy and would have the manager call me back. The call never happened and I will never order from them again.

I used to order from this place a lot. Today I ordered my usual - a short rib plate lunch and a fried mahi mahi plate lunch to share with my kids. Did the chef change or are the owners getting stingy? The short ribs were not marinated and had no flavor and were so touch to chew that my whole mouth hurt while eating it. In fact, i couldn't even finish it. And the fish - I ordered a large and got 3 very small pieces of fried fish (half the usual size). Usually one plate of the mahi mahi would be enough for my kids, but they were complaining that there wasn't enough of the fish. and i agree. This place used to be one of my favorites and i've been a loyal customer but I was so disappointed today I will not order from here again. strange how the quality of food can change under a so called chain-restaurant. very disappointed.

Horrible meal not worth the money, $15.99 for 3 shrimp and couple pieces of vegetable tempura, hard rice, the soup smelled like old fish and the salad was a chunk of iceburg with a chunck of tomato. Sorry I had the taste for what they classify as Hawaiian food. Will never order here again

Honestly, the BBQ chicken is average. The rice is rubbery and I got 6 pieces of lettuce for my "salad". What am I going to pour my dressing on? 6 pieces of lettuce? seriously?

I ordered the salmon teriyaki box.. I was very disappointed. The amount of salmon they gave was not enough, literally two TINY pieces. It also sat on some gross, thick terayaki bed with a ton of onions or maybe they were celery? I dont even know. The brown rice was stall and not even warm. The macaronni was in a pool of some kind of sauce. The salad was pathetic. Had one piece of cucumber and some old carrots on a smaller than my palm bed of salad. Never ordering here again.

I order from here regularly and while sometimes the food isn't always sanitary, I've overlooked that. This time however, the delivery service was terrible and offensive. The delivery guy had worst attitude ever and even yelled at me on the phone and scolded me in person. He barely spoke English so even though he called me twice, and I called him back a third time to clarify address, then I called the restaurant directly to correct the address. The woman who answered the phone was helpful however the delivery guy was completely aggressive. It was an oversight in the system because I have two delivery addresses (work and home). They are only a few blocks apart. I had to close the door on him because he continued to complain so I said "I'm not going to argue with you." This is completely unacceptable.

Food came in about 30 minutes. The side salad was a sad little salad with one cucumber, one tomato and a few leaves of lettuce. The ribs weren't too bad, a little too salty to my liking but still good. The delivery guy needs to be fired though, he was so rude and gave me a dirty look for having him come into the office and screamed in my face that the food was here. That's your job - to deliver the food where I requested. Terrible.

Got the roast duck and pork plate. Delivery time was fast, under half hour. But the food wasn't that great. the pork was over-cooked (dry as a rock) and the duck was mostly bones. the salad was one giant chunk of tomato and another giant chunk of cucumber and a few shreds of lettuce. Didn't even include any dressing and I specifically asked for dressing on the side. I guess the only decent part of the meal was the rice but then again it's hard to screw up rice. Disappointing meal all around. Most likely not going to order from this place again.

Good food at affordable prices. The chicken BBQ and katsu dishes are fantastic. Generous portions for what you pay. DO NOT order the salmon, unless you want to be disgusted.

Food never arrived. Manager was adamant that it had been delivered, but there's nothing for L&L downstairs. Whether it was a mix up at security or the restaurants fault, the appropriate response should be we'll send you another order. Not, I can send you the signed receipt if you want. Super fast delivery...the guidelines are over estimated, probably so you aren't disappointed. Everything I've had has been great. My personal favorite is the BBQ chicken. The combo plates are ginormous. My Hawaiian friends love it too!

Being from Hawaii, this place reminds me of home. Not exactly fine dining (especially to haoles, who may not be used to Hawaiian junk food - there's a reason Hawaiians are big people) but it's quick and cheap, and fairly authentic.

Don't eat here, the chicken and short ribs were absolutely disgusting the meat was all fatty and chewy. Not impressed. Actually made me sick and couldn't finish the dish.

This is one of the best food i've had in a very long time...reminded me of the time bac in Hawaii! The food is HUGE in proportion and after gettin full at lunch i had sum leftover for dinner! The price is soo unbelievable for the amout of food u get and after orderin food online there this guy was ringin ma bell in like 15 minutes...so fast!! Don't seriously have any negetive comments! The people are so friendly and the food is soo wholesum!!!

Terrible Service! I used to order from here for the fast service, despite the fact that the food was mediocre. The delivery guy called and told me to pick up my food. I went downstairs, and there was nobody there. I waited a bit, and then went back upstairs to call the restaurant. After speaking to someone at the restaurant who assured me that he would call the delivery guy. The delivery guy called, yelled at me to come down. When I asked where he was located, the jerk hung up on me. So I called the restaurant and told them that I no longer wanted the order. The guy on the phone said, "That's your choice, and hung up on me"
